The Route

The 2000 ride is in the books, and the route stayed pretty much the same as 1999's ride.  There was a bit of confusion on Day Two... when it was discovered that an error was made on the mileage for Route 303.  The map said 1.0 mile, but in actuality, it was more like 8!  At the lunch stop, riders were commenting about the "MS 163" and the headwinds!!  There were wind gusts up to 23 MPH in Sandusky, and up to 20 MPH near Berea.  These winds made riding at any speed a challenge.

Our total mileage was just under 80 miles on both days.  It turned out that the mileage error sort of corrected itself on Day Two... at least with the daily total!
