We are proud to offer the best possible training to you and your employees.  We recently began working with Cuyahoga Community College at the Unified Technologies Center on the Metro Campus.  You will find Brian K. Speck  there part time, teaching other business people, office staff, and individuals the basics on popular software to high end advanced applications!  We offer PC training in a wide variety of software titles, including Microsoft, Lotus, Novell, Adobe and others! What Software Do You Teach?

We offer classes in most Microsoft applications - Windows 98, 2000, NT Workstation and Server and MS Office 2000.  The MS Office suite includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.  Other Office Family programs include Project, Publisher and FrontPage.  Skill levels vary from beginner to advanced, as well as instruction in Macros, utilizing Visual Basic.  We also teach software from Novell, Cisco, Lotus, Corel, Adobe and WordPerfect as well as other titles.  

YES!!  The courseware agenda includes a vast Internet Series, including a Certified WebMaster track!  If you're interested in Microsoft Certification, we offer MOUS, MCP and MCSE Core Exam Preparation classes, as well as Oracle, Java and A+ Certification.  Tri-C also has a Prometric Testing Facility right on campus, so when you're ready to take your test, you won't have to go very far - just down the hall!

Our workshops improve confidence and productivity with immediate results.   They provide useful tips, tricks, and techniques through practical hands-on exercises.   Our instructors are more than people with exceptional teaching skills.   They are all highly qualified computer professionals who actually use the software they teach on a regular basis.
