Visitors to the TCA Site:

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin boards, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Members of TCA:

The TCA publishes an annual Member Directory. The Annual TCA Member Directory contains a listing of current members, and is NOT published on the TCA website. The information we collect on our members is used internally within the TCA, and it is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

With Respect to Cookies:

We use cookies to store a visitor's preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, and to improve a registered Member's visit to the site. Any information stored in a session cookie is only active during that session. The information is discarded once the session is terminated (the visitor logs out or leaves the site).
